Teppanyaki

The project reinterprets Casa Bon’s interior courtyard as a gastronomic stage, where a central teppanyaki table articulates the spatial and culinary experience. The proposal discretely integrates auxiliary equipment into lateral niches, visually freeing the space to enhance the connection between diners and chefs. 

This architectural intervention reinforces the existing courtyard’s articulating character, intensifying the social dynamics of the ensemble while maintaining spatial clarity and visual openness toward the perimeter
